Going back to kindergarten rules here.

Its the age old saying that “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” I am in the industry of supporting others, especially women, and moms, and people doing their absolute best to make this world a better place.
I am in the business of LIFTING UP, versus insulting. I will never, I repeat NEVER, speak poorly about ANY other company or service that some may consider “competition” to mine.
I get asked A LOT to compare other products, companies and comp plans. I don’t do it. I will say something like, “ I’m not sure about (insert company name), but what I do know is this about ours. I also get asked for advice on local nutrition specialists, fitness professionals and gyms and I give out LOTS OF REFERRALS all the time 💜. I give out lots of referrals because I am not out to just make a SALE, brainwash anyone, or talk some one into anything. I AM LOOKING TO IMPROVE LIVES AND LEAVE PEOPLE BETTER. Whatever helps that individual or family improve their life makes me utterly happy to no end.
I also LOVE supporting other small businesses like mine. It’s just an absolutely beautiful thing and the world needs MORE OF THAT.
Negativity, nastiness, bashing of anyone’s anything is disgraceful and there is no place for it. It’s gross, unbecoming, classless, and toxic. It’s also extremely low in vibrational energy and that is what is attracted back so there’s that.
Spread love, be kind, lift others, and be a light for others. ✨✨✨

Today is my 4 year vegan anniversary. That's right: four full years without any meat, dairy, eggs, or honey - and I can honestly say that going vegan is far and away the single best thing I've ever done.
_

Fun fact: it all started for me with the documentary "Blackfish" which forced me to look at the suffering of nonhuman animals, to really acknowledge that it was a suffering equal to (or, really, greater than) mine. A few protests at SeaWorld under my belt, I went full throttle down the rabbit hole into animal rights, which opened up my eyes to horrors I never knew existed before, but which I was unwittingly paying for at every meal. On Oct 14, 2014, I saw an undercover investigative video exposing the practice of chick shredding in which newborn male baby chicks are thrown alive into grinders because they are of no use to the egg industry (look it up, it's *worse* than what you can imagine) and I went vegan the very next day. I didn't need any more reason than that.
_

Never have I felt more aware, connected, or compassionate toward my fellow earthlings and, indeed, the earth itself. Disclaimer: I was vegetarian three times before going vegan (including my shallow stint as a teenage Buddhist in high school - don't ask) but the last four years have really been the most pivotal in my moral evolution. To go from a keto-eating omnivore (I used to proudly - and stupidly - proclaim, "If there's no meat in it, it's not really a meal!") raised in the heart of factory farming America (i.e. midwest) in a subculture (i.e. Islamic) that is admittedly hostile toward the very notion of animal rights to a fullblown vegan animal rights activist means that literally anyone can do it. Anyone.
_

Over the last four years, I've helped 8 people go vegan (11, if you count my dogs) and have helped many more drastically cut back on their consumption of animal products. If you have questions or need support in making the transition, please reach out. I'm here to help. -
Here's to raising more awareness and creating a more just and compassionate world.
_

P.S.: I kissed a cow and I liked it.
Nice poster, is not it?
