I’m asked often about recipes that are not only unique, but everything from Keto, to vegetarian, to vegan... Here’s a decent one :
VEGAN CHILI (Quick, cheap way, take the time to soak real beans and do it all from fresh and it’s that much better)
*approx macros when split into 10 servings*
22g carbs 14g net impact 
3g fat
27g protein 
2 cans garlic olive oil diced tomatoes
4 cans Chili spiced diced tomatoes 
1 can corn
1 can rinsed red kidney beans 
1 can rinsed chick peas 
1 can rinsed black beans
1 of each: yellow, green, orange, and red peppers, medium white onion, 4-6 stalks celery, 1 small cubed zucchini, 1 full bulb of garlic, Chili powder/paprika/sea salt/pepper to taste
1 large package of Yves veggie ground 
1tbsp northcoastnaturals MCT cooking oil 
I toss everything in the pot, get it simmering and let it go for about 3hrs and try to let it fully cool before trying it cuz, ya know, Chili 💁🏻‍♂️ If ya want more protein, toss one of the servings of Chili on top of a bed of 50g (dried pre cooked weight) explore cuisine #organic edamame #spaghetti... that serve of spaghetti is:
3g fat, 18g carbs but 12g are fibre yielding 6g net impact carbs still keeping it in line with a Keto diet (25-50g carbs a day depending on individual and type of Keto they’re running etc etc) In fact I dieted on this for prep when I did the saskclassic and a meal like this is amazing 👌🏻 #vegan #keto #nutrition #healthy #healthylifestyle #food #noms #kidsloveittoo

A lot of years have passed since Paleolithic times. Evolution is not a myth. Humans have evolved to do well eating a variety of different foods that did not exist back then. •⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Humans are also extremely diverse. People have varying body types, allergies, preferences, time, fitness capabilities, and so much more. • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The point is: There is no universal “best” diet that would without-a-doubt work for everyone. • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. When done properly, most popular diets actually have a lot in common. • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What I mean is #keto #paleo #veganism #intermittentfasting #pescatarianism and #Whole30 (when done with care, attention, and DARE I SAY a little coaching) all raise nutrition awareness and attention; focus on food quality; eliminate nutrient deficiencies; control appetite and food intake; and promote regular exercise. • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
IN OTHER WORDS, the “BEST” diet is the one that is realistic for YOU; provides nutrient-dense foods that YOU enjoy and would eat consistently; includes foods that YOU love; excludes foods that YOU don’t like; and unique to Y O U so that you can commit to it consistently. • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The doctor of our future will prevent and reverse illness with fruits and vegetables. If anyone out there tells you that these foods are not healthy, be very weary of their restrictive advice. Every other day I hear about someone (even medical doctors) trying out the keto diet (animal or plant based keto) as an "experiment" in hopes for quick weight loss. Newsflash, anyone can lose weight by cutting calories and limiting their carbohydrates. Losing weight or achieving a flat tummy doesn’t always equate to improving your health from the inside out. There are plenty of people with six pack abs who have dropped dead due to heart disease. The quicker you lose weight, the more unsustainable it will be to keep it off and this is a big reason why America is the most obese nation in the world. We're more focused on quick fixes instead of long term lifestyle changes which provide sustainable weight loss over time.

People love hearing good things about their bad habits. The most important lesson is that animals do not need to die and you do not need to restrict yourself of carbohydrates to lose weight. Fruits and vegetables will always be the healthiest foods on the planet✨
